Education Faculty Partners with Local Schools
Initiative places student teachers in high-need schools across Auckland.
The Faculty of Education has launched a partnership with 20 high-need schools across Auckland, placing student teachers in underserved communities while providing schools with additional educational resources.
The Auckland Schools Partnership provides student teachers with intensive practical experience while addressing teacher shortages in low-income areas.
"This partnership benefits everyone—our students gain invaluable experience, and schools receive dedicated support," said Dean of Education Dr. Helen Foster.
